The bride was becomingly attired in a green traveling suit and carried white chrysanthemums. Shortly after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. McBee left for a wedding trip to Florida. The bride is the daughter of the late J. Rhett Dowling who was prominently known in the lower part of the state. She is a young woman of attractive personality and is admired by a wide circle of friends. She is a former student of Greenville Woman's college and is pleasantly remembered by friends here where she has visited. She will be cordially received by Mr. McBces many friends in Greenville and will be a charming addition to Greenville society. Mr. McBee's family is one of Greenville's oldest and most prominent and is associated with the early history of the city for several generations past.
