     Joshua Manning was born between 1773 and 1776.¹ He was the son of Nathan Manning and Jane (?).¹ Joshua Manning married Martha Wood, daughter of John Wood Sr. and Hannah (?), circa 1793.¹ Joshua Manning lived between 1795 and 1797 at Mason, Kentucky; was on tax list of Mason Co Ky 1795, 1796 & 1797.¹ He was appointed constable in January 1801 at Washington Twsp, Clermont, Ohio.¹ He witnessed the will of Jeriah Wood in 1805 at Clermont, Ohio.¹ Joshua Manning died in 1834 at Davies, Indiana.¹
