     Elizabeth Sarah Watson was born before 1790 at South Carolina.2 She married William Hampton Dowling Sr., son of James Dowling R.S. and Mary 'Polly' Boutwell, between 1794 and 1800; Wm. H. & Eliza. Dowling had a son between the ages of 10 and 16 in the 1810 Census.1 Elizabeth Sarah Watson died between 1830 and 1840 at Florida; Probably died in North Florida before the 1840 Census. They were enumerated in the 1830 Census in Leon County.2
